📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage payroll processes, including salary calculations and payment processing
• Maintain and update payroll records and databases
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations
• Assist in the administration of employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks
• Process and manage employee tax withholdings and deductions
• Assist in the preparation and distribution of payroll reports and statements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
