📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategic communication plans to enhance transparency and trust between the government and the public
• Oversee all media relations, including press releases, media briefings, and media interviews
• Manage the government's social media presence, including official accounts on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube
• Coordinate with government officials to ensure accurate and timely dissemination of information
• Monitor and analyze media coverage to identify opportunities and risks
• Develop and maintain relationships with local and national media outlets
• Organize and participate in government events, press conferences, and community engagements
• Ensure compliance with government regulations and best practices in government communication

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in government communication, public relations, or media relations
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful communication strategies
• Strong understanding of government operations and policies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian
• Proficiency in using social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar platforms
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong organizational and project management skills
