📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and mentor a team of e-commerce agents to ensure they meet daily sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction ratings.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies using Shopee’s analytics tools to drive product performance and revenue growth.
• Monitor and optimize product listings, pricing, and promotions to maximize sales and profitability.
• Provide training and support to team members to enhance their skills in using Shopee’s platform and tools.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns that drive traffic and increase sales.
• Analyze sales data and provide regular reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with Shopee’s policies and best practices to maintain a high level of service quality.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of the overall e-commerce strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a related field.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of Shopee’s platform and tools, including Shopee Live, Shopee Ads, and Shopee University.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage and mentor a team effectively.
• Analytical skills to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and other digital marketing tools is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
