Based in Jawa Timur, this 100% remote position offers a competitive salary of Rp 8.500.000 - Rp 11.000.000 per month, along with the flexibility to work from anywhere.

In this role, you'll be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting tasks, including but not limited to, financial reporting, bank reconciliations, and payroll processing. You'll work closely with our finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial records, helping us make informed business decisions. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage day-to-day accounting tasks including journal entries, invoicing, and expense tracking.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Conduct bank reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of financial records.
• Process payroll and ensure timely and accurate payment to employees.
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial records.
• Provide financial support to other departments as needed.
• Participate in continuous learning and development to enhance your accounting skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a remote work environment.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
• Familiarity with tax regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
