📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of our golf retail stores, ensuring they are well-stocked, organized, and meet customer expectations.
• Work closely with the store manager and team to deliver an exceptional shopping experience.
• Monitor sales performance and inventory levels, and work with the procurement team to ensure timely restocking.
• Train and mentor team members to ensure they are knowledgeable about our products and can provide excellent customer service.
• Handle customer complaints and concerns, and work to resolve them in a timely and satisfactory manner.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure our stores are well-promoted and attract customers.
• Participate in store audits and quality control processes to ensure our stores meet company standards.
• Contribute to the overall success of our golf retail division, and help to achieve our sales and operational goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail or sales role, preferably in the sports or golf industry.
• Strong knowledge of golf equipment, apparel, and accessories, and the ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with a team.
• Proficient in using retail management software and point-of-sale systems.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with the Bali market and the golf retail industry is a plus.
• Ability to travel between our various store locations as needed.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
