📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain shipping documentation, including bills of lading, shipping orders, and customs forms.
• Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and maritime laws.
• Streamline logistics processes to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
• Assist in the preparation and filing of shipping manifests and other related documents.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in shipping operations or a related role.
• Proficient in using shipping management software such as SAP, Navis, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations and maritime laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Valid shipping agency license or certification is a plus.
