In this role, you will work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems into our data centre projects. You will use industry-leading tools such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks to create detailed and accurate models. Your expertise will be crucial in optimizing space, energy efficiency, and sustainability in our data centres. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the development and implementation of BIM strategies for MEP data centre projects.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems.
• Use Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks to create detailed and accurate models.
• Optimize space, energy efficiency, and sustainability in data centre projects.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of projects.
• Provide technical support and training to project teams on BIM tools and best practices.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in BIM and data centre design.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in BIM and MEP data centre design.
• Proven experience with Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
• Strong understanding of building codes, standards, and regulations.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Certification in BIM (e.g., BIM Level 2, NCMA) is a plus.
• Experience in data centre design projects is a plus.
