📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee energy performance in data centers, ensuring compliance with international standards such as ASHRAE and ISO 50001.
• Conduct energy audits and implement energy-saving strategies to optimize energy usage and reduce operational costs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, architects, and facility managers, to deliver high-quality, sustainable solutions.
• Leverage energy management systems, such as Building Information Modeling (BIM) and EnergyPlus, to analyze energy performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and maintain energy performance contracts (EPCs) to ensure compliance with energy efficiency targets.
• Provide technical support and guidance to clients, helping them achieve their energy efficiency goals.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in energy management, and share your knowledge with the team.
• Participate in project reviews and meetings, providing valuable insights and recommendations to drive project success.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in energy management, with a focus on data centers.
• Certification in energy management, such as LEED AP, BREEAM, or ISO 50001, is a plus.
• Proficient in energy management systems, including Building Information Modeling (BIM) and EnergyPlus.
• Strong knowledge of international energy standards, such as ASHRAE and ISO 50001.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to travel to client sites as required.
• Fluency in English is required, with Indonesian language skills a plus.
