📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on hotel facilities, including HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and landscaping.
• Inspect and repair equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors to manage repairs and maintenance projects.
• Monitor and maintain inventory of spare parts and supplies.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
• Provide technical support to housekeeping and other departments as needed.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to identify and address maintenance issues.
• Participate in emergency response and crisis management as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel maintenance or a related field.
• Proven track record of maintaining and repairing hotel facilities.
• Familiarity with hotel maintenance software such as Hospitality Pro, PMS, or similar.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and other hotel-specific equipment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 50kg.
