Tanggung Jawab:
Develop and deliver engaging and effective training programs.Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.Assess and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.Provide feedback and support to learners.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.Collaborate with other departments to ensure training programs align with business goals.Mentor and coach junior teachers.Contribute to the continuous improvement of training programs.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in teaching or training.Proven track record of success in a similar role.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficiency in using training software and tools.Knowledge of insurance industry is a plus.Fluency in Indonesian and English.🛠️ Keahlian
