📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure a high-quality candidate pool.,Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates for our team.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and industry contacts.,Analyze recruitment metrics and provide recommendations for improvement.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully hiring and onboarding top talent.,Strong understanding of the local job market in Rembang.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
