As a Senior F&B Service, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of food and beverage service in our establishment. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the F&B service department, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.,Train and mentor junior staff to maintain high service standards and improve customer satisfaction.,Monitor food and beverage inventory, ordering, and stock control to ensure optimal levels and minimize waste.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food handling procedures, and quality standards.,Manage and resolve customer complaints and feedback to maintain a positive reputation.,Develop and implement service improvement initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience.,Collaborate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of food and beverages.,Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to hygiene and safety standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in F&B service, preferably in a senior or supervisory role.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages is a plus.,Previous experience in a high-volume restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred.,Knowledge of POS systems and inventory management software is an advantage.
