In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. The ideal candidate will be friendly, proactive, and have a strong understanding of customer service principles.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet customers and provide excellent customer service.,Assist customers with their purchases, including product knowledge and pricing.,Process transactions accurately and efficiently.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to the customer's satisfaction.,Maintain a clean and organized sales counter area.,Promote products and services to increase sales.,Uphold company policies and procedures.,Perform other related duties as assigned.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is a plus.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Friendly and approachable demeanor.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
