📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist clients upon arrival and departure, ensuring a pleasant experience.,Manage and maintain the reception area, including booking systems and client records.,Coordinate with the salon staff to ensure smooth operations and timely service delivery.,Handle inquiries and resolve client concerns professionally and efficiently.,Maintain confidentiality and respect client privacy at all times.,Assist with administrative tasks as needed, such as scheduling and data entry.,Promote salon services and packages to clients.,Ensure compliance with salon policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a front desk or receptionist role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using computer software, including booking and scheduling systems.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Familiarity with customer service best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Professional and friendly demeanor.
