📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs and initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Identify training needs and design customized learning solutions.,Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.,Collaborate with department heads to integrate learning and development activities into the company's strategic goals.,Maintain and update training materials and resources.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of training and development methodologies and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools is a plus.,Certifications in training and development are a plus.
