📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract and recruit top talent.,Lead the recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance.,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.,Conduct interviews and make data-driven hiring decisions.,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process.,Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve our recruitment strategies.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a similar role.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in using HRIS and ATS systems.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
