📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Manage and mentor a team of sales consultants, providing guidance and support to help them succeed.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and clients.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify new sales opportunities.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Participate in training and development programs for sales consultants.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or a related field, with a proven track record of success.,Strong understanding of retail industry and market trends.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using sales and CRM software.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus.,Leadership and team management experience is a plus.
