📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including food and beverage service.,Manage and train restaurant staff to ensure high-quality service.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies.,Maintain accurate financial records and reports.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to overall restaurant performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Knowledge of inventory management and food cost control.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
