📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise branch staff to ensure smooth daily operations,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to meet customer demand,Conduct regular customer satisfaction surveys and address any concerns,Train and develop branch staff to enhance their skills and performance,Coordinate with the head office to ensure alignment with company policies and goals,Monitor branch performance metrics and provide regular reports to the head office,Promote and uphold the company's values and culture within the branch

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail or branch management role,Strong leadership and management skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software,Familiarity with retail operations and customer service principles,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Proven track record of driving sales growth and customer satisfaction
