📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Handle employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing grievances.,Coordinate with management to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.,Organize and manage employee benefits and compensation packages.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Oversee payroll processing and ensure accuracy and timeliness.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a manufacturing or food industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with payroll processing is a plus.,Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.
