📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage the recruitment process, including job advertising, candidate screening, and interviewing.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
  • Oversee employee training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with department heads to align HR strategies with business goals.
  • Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.
  • Handle HR-related administrative tasks, such as payroll processing and benefits administration.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Proven track record of success in recruitment, employee relations, and training and development.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English.
  • Valid HR certification is a plus.
