📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage payroll processes, including salary calculations and payment processing
- Maintain and update payroll records and databases
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations
- Assist in the administration of employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks
- Process and manage employee tax withholdings and deductions
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of payroll reports and statements
- Provide administrative support to the HR department, including data entry and filing
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process, including payroll setup for new hires
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a payroll or HR administrative role
- Proficient in using payroll software such as ADP, Paychex, or QuickBooks Payroll
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
