📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and mentor a team of sales associates, ensuring high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and profitability.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve store objectives and targets.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using retail management software and point-of-sale systems.,Knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.
