PT Tirta Tani is seeking a dynamic and experienced Deputy Fleet Coordinator to join our team in Depok, Jawa Barat. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our fleet operations to ensure efficiency and safety. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily fleet operations including vehicle maintenance, fuel management, and driver schedules.,Coordinate with drivers, mechanics, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.,Monitor fuel consumption and implement strategies to reduce costs and improve efficiency.,Conduct regular vehicle inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations.,Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities and generate reports for management.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet policies and procedures.,Provide support to the Fleet Manager in strategic planning and decision-making processes.,Ensure all fleet vehicles are serviced and maintained according to manufacturer specifications.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license (preferred but not mandatory).,Proficiency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Experience in a similar role within the logistics or transportation industry is a plus.
