- Develop and implement a comprehensive business strategy that aligns with the company's vision and mission.
- Oversee financial performance and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Lead and manage a team of 500+ employees, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Drive growth in the property development and construction sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Monitor industry trends and identify opportunities for growth.
- Ensure the company's projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in property development and construction.
- Proven track record of successful project management.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using project management software such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Certification in Project Management (PMP) or equivalent is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
