📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently,Manage cash drawer and ensure proper cash handling procedures,Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their purchases,Handle returns and exchanges according to company policies,Maintain accurate records of sales and transactions,Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless shopping experience,Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional manner,Follow up on outstanding payments and collections

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum 1 year of experience as a Cashier or similar role,Strong knowledge of cash handling and financial transactions,Excellent communication and customer service skills,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment,Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture,Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
