📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership or team management role.,Strong understanding of team dynamics and leadership principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proven ability to manage and motivate a team to achieve targets.,Familiarity with HR practices and policies.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
