📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the construction and maintenance of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Conduct site inspections to assess project progress and address any issues or concerns.
  • Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Monitor and report on project performance, including cost, schedule, and quality metrics.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure their satisfaction and project success.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure the continuous improvement of project performance.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, as needed.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the construction or engineering industry.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with relevant software and tools, such as AutoCAD, Primavera, or MS Project.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to travel, as needed.
