📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Develop and implement policies that align with the government's vision and strategic objectives.,Provide strategic advice to the Minister on policy matters.,Coordinate with various government agencies and stakeholders to ensure effective policy implementation.,Monitor and evaluate the impact of policies and programs.,Prepare policy briefs, reports, and other relevant documents.,Attend meetings and events as required.,Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and best practices.,Assist in the preparation of policy-related presentations and speeches.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in public administration, political science, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in policy development and implementation in a government or similar organization.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with government processes and procedures.,Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.,Commitment to public service and a passion for making a positive impact.🛠️ Keahlian
