Hanwha Offshore Engineering Services is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Marketing Manager to join our team in Bali, Indonesia. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive the growth of our Energy & Offshore Solutions business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, a deep understanding of the energy and offshore industries, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our Energy & Offshore Solutions products and services.,Identify and target key market segments and customers, and develop effective marketing campaigns to reach them.,Build and maintain strong relationships with industry partners, customers, and stakeholders.,Monitor and analyze marketing performance, and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing efforts.,Collaborate with the sales and business development teams to align marketing strategies with sales goals.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to our marketing efforts.,Manage and mentor junior marketing staff, and provide guidance and support as needed.,Represent Hanwha Offshore Engineering Services at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on the energy and offshore industries.,Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.,Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.,Valid driver's license and the ability to travel frequently for business purposes.
