📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide excellent customer service and sales assistance to customers in the store.,Stock and organize merchandise to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for customers.,Promote products and recommend items to customers based on their needs and preferences.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.,Assist in inventory management and restocking products.,Participate in sales promotions and events to drive customer engagement and sales.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.,Provide feedback on product availability and customer preferences to the merchandising team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail sales or merchandising.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with fashion trends and the ability to recommend products to customers.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in using POS systems.,Friendly and approachable demeanor with excellent customer service skills.,Ability to lift and move merchandise as needed.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
