📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Coordinate with team members to streamline workflow and resolve issues.,Monitor and maintain operational systems and processes.,Prepare and present operational reports to management.,Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Support the team in achieving operational targets and KPIs.,Provide operational support during peak times or special projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations or related field.,Strong knowledge of operational systems and processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with project management tools is a plus.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
