📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.,Oversee the preparation of financial statements and ensure their accuracy.,Lead and mentor junior finance staff.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial goals are met.,Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Manage cash flow and liquidity to ensure the company's financial stability.,Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of financial accounting standards and regulations.,Proficient in financial software and tools such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Knowledge of Indonesian financial markets and regulations is a plus.
