📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily cashier operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency.,Train and mentor junior cashiers to maintain high service standards.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.,Manage cash and inventory to prevent shortages and overstocks.,Collaborate with the management team to implement new policies and procedures.,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Monitor cashier performance and provide feedback for improvement.,Maintain a clean and organized cashier area.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in cashier or customer service roles.,Strong knowledge of cash handling and financial transactions.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using cash register systems and point-of-sale (POS) software.,Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.,Familiarity with local laws and regulations related to financial transactions.,Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 20 kg.
