Diamond Village Lestari is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and a proven track record of success in a similar role. This is a hybrid position, offering flexibility and the best of both worlds.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's financial records and accounts.,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support business decisions.,Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely filing.,Manage payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely payment of employees.,Supervise and mentor junior accountants and staff.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 3 years in a senior or managerial role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with tax laws and regulations is a plus.
