📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.,Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.,Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.,Manage inventory and ensure optimal stock levels to support sales goals.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote products and services.,Attend trade shows, events, and other promotional activities to showcase our products.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure sales performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong interpersonal and communication skills.,Proficient in using sales software and CRM systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with the food and beverage industry is a plus.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
